DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS LIST

The radiographs show marked osteolysis of the distal humeral metaphysis with endosteal cortical lysis and absence of periosteal expansion. There is also a Salter-Harris type IV fracture involving the lateral portion of the humeral condyle with proximolateral displacement.
