Nasal aspergillosis in dogs
- Topical enilconazole (10 mg/kg dilute stock 10% solution with water to make emulsion, then use immediately) given twice daily for 1 week through tubes surgically implanted into the frontal sinuses
Feline systemic aspergillosis
Treatment is possible, but is usually unsuccessful and the prognosis is poor. Possibly try:
- Amphotericin and 5-fluorocytosine.
- Thiabendazole or ketoconazole may also be effective.
