Two VPCs are present (arrowed). These have a greater amplitude and duration than the normal sinus beats (recorded at 0.5 cm/mV). The first is preceded by a P wave, but the P-R duration is too short for it to have been responsible for the ventricular depolarisation. The second VPC is followed by a full compensatory pause.
